ONE28 was founded on a simple belief: an event can be beautiful and well organized, but its real power lies in how it brings people closer to a purpose, a story, and one another.
Where It Began
After years of producing complex events and fundraising experiences, Leora Kimmel Greene founded ONE28 Strategic Events in 2018.
She saw an opportunity to create a more personal kind of planning partnership, one that brought strategy and creativity together while making the process feel clear, collaborative, and genuinely enjoyable for the client.
With a master’s degree in Communication Management from Simmons College and more than 20 years of event and fundraising experience, Leora understands both the larger purpose of an event and the details required to bring it to life.
That balance remains at the center of ONE28 today.
The Meaning Behind Our Mark
At the center of the ONE28 identity is the pomegranate flower, a symbol of abundance, complexity, and quiet richness.
It reflects the way we see every event: many distinct elements held within one cohesive whole. The concept, setting, people, timing, and smallest details may each be unique, but together they create a single experience.
